- There's also a glitch that lets you keep flippers out of water (go swimming, go to SP, go back online, save outfit)

 

- Police boats don't spawn if you fly with your deluxo

 

- With Stromberg you can use guns underwater if you pull out your phone before diving in

And the Avenger has the same kind of interior as the MOC in the regard that if you look at the cargo space in Rockstar Editor or through No Clip, it looks dark and empty. The Avenger/MOC teleport you to different interiors loaded under the map, kinda like the interior universe in GTA SA, except this universe in underground

When on missions with Railgun you hurt yourself with it, by for example shooting to the wall in front of you, NPC Merryweather if present, will say:

"Yeah, this is not a water gun".

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the "Rescue ULP" setup could pay *some* homage to "Hostile Negotiation" from GTA IV:

• Lengthy shootout in a warehouse where the player has to climb stairs to progress
• Contact is kidnapped off-screen and held in a room
• Russians
• Ally being held at gunpoint by the end of the shootout.

 

You might be overthinking it. They just reused animations from that first Single Player mission

yeah I think so, you just need youre own Phantom or Hauler and be in passive Mode.

and because of passive mode you can drive through the others players vehicle and take his Trailer during driving

If you go on a rampage in the Khanjali aka the new tank and you keep a 5 star wanted level and kill enough cops, the wanted level will automatically lower itself to 2 stars and nothing will bring it back up, signifying that the police gave up.

Landing the Avenger on Richards Majestic helipad and exiting via the hold puts you on the ground outside. It's not as good as an office-style working roof door, but it saves having to fling yourself off the building. Now to get back up there...

They temp removed them (and separately the option to move cars between garages) due to dupe glitches.

The Deluxo is still a car, even when flying. If you set a waypoint, the route remains highlighted, and the distance to target stays on.

Also, top speed when flying seems to be 80 mph, while the ground speed seems to be 120mph.

You can take the Deluxe on contact missions, but not the Doomsday Heists. (I haven't checked the older Heists).
