If you try to take an Explosive Sniper into you bunker gun range, the rounds go back to the default non-explosive bullets. This also increases the ammo count back to six per mag. You will also not be able to use the night vision/thermal scope in the range.

This gonna sound real simple that even a moron would know this but if you have a vehicle with neons and want to deactivate them simply hop out, Vehicle Remote Functions, turn the car on and turn the neons off. Holy sh*t, this is the kind of immersion I'm into.

Not really something I didn't know, but tonight was the first time I've been in a session with the max number of CEO/MCs running simultaneously. 15 folks from the same crew arrived and started up as many as they could. I almost always play in populated sessions, odd I've never encountered this before...

 

In keeping with the thread topic though, I guess I didn't know how much I've come to rely on switching between CEO/MC at will. Had to jack an NPC just to drive far enough from my PV to call in a new one!!

The post-buff Savage can survive an RPG, seemingly without smoking. I knew it could do that with a homing launcher, but I figured the RPG being more powerful would make it more effective.

 

 

 

Funny how some people were saying a buff would make it really overpowered. Seems easy enough to hit for me, and I'm pretty rusty at RPG'ing aircraft (I tend to just snipe, so I don't get much practise).

well there is even someone able to achieve jet takedowns with RPG

so if someone can bring down a jet with an RPG, then bringing down a heli should be far from impossible right ?

If you go off roading(or just drive into a any grass patch)your car can either get dirtied with mud or sand and dust depending on the weather.

 

If it's raining, it will be mud.

If it's clear weather, then it will be sand and dust.

 

Also, some areas like Zancudo River swamps and the dam at North of Vinewood racetrack will also dirty your car with mud.

 

Props for the fine attention to detail right there R*!

My PV savage ate two homingmissiles yesterday and kept on going. It was badly damaged (dark smoke) but i was able to land it with the engine still running. The buff is pretty good imo.

I wouldn't call it "good" until the helicopter can survive 12 revolver shots, at the very least.

^ Well with good buff i meant that it is better than a: "heli takes a missle but the engine is destroyed imidiatly so all you ca do is a autorotation emergency landing or jump out" type of buff.

Revolver shots are no issue where I use my savage, but I agree that the bullet resitance could be better.

Does this up your explosive round count when you leave the range? Asking for a friend... :)

I didnt know Bahama Mamas or Micheals House could be glitched into and it is fully detailed and decorated but is locked away from players online. The potential for us to have a night life DLC. That would be awesome!

Yeah - I remember that glitching inside was a big thing just before Heists, only for R* to patch that out shortly after (with Heists, or one of the subsequent hotfixes, IIRC).

 

If it's now possible to get back inside, maybe that's a sign it's coming? Or maybe R* just dropped the ball, and something in a recent patch reverted whatever it was that made Bahama Mamas inaccessible... :p

Bahama Mamas interior still isn't there. Just tried to glitch in with the creator. No solids to be seen, just fall straight through. 1st person doesn't load it either.

You can't use the magical blue sultan in time trials. Probably because they're too fast.

 

Totally unrelated note, after you export a vehicle, terminators driving the sultans shape shift into conventional pedestrians.

  • If you own a hangar in FZ you can start Fortified and place the Armored Boxville inside the base. Military will protect you from players and hostile npcs (and it's amusing to watch them fight)

You cannot use vehicle proxy mines in contact missions. :/ So better also get the mortars for the Tampa, even if you dislike them like me.
