The clubhouse of my mainchar is at Vespucci. That's why I know that you'll find this at the "muscle sands" at certain times.

DLC cars have working turn lights which can be seen during a NPC animation. I wish I could see how all they look.

You can enable turning lights using mod menus, every car has them to my knowledge, even though 99% of them will never be used.

You can't steal Import cars from other people unless it shows up on the radar. It's Immune to damage (bullets have no effect and an Invisible wall protects it from explosives) and you can't enter the at all (pressing the button does nothing). I found this out when I was doing the Wastlander VIP mission and saw a police maverick spawn on the ground then in the air (it was an amateur hijacked the car in Sandy Shores and cops are chasing mission)

 

BTW The Cargobobs that spawn during Arms Embargo are actually Desert Tan Jetsam Cargobobs, instead of Army ones.

Idk if it is already mentioned, but on the Prison setup "Wet Work" you don't need to go to the checkpoint at Rashkowsky's house - just climb over the wall at a covered spot and "you're good to go"

I guarantee you 80% of my accidents would be completely avoided if NPCs used them before pulling out on me, but apparently that ones too much for ol' R*. Even Saints Row, f*cking Saints Row, a game where cars are now completely obsolete, has NPCs that use turn signals.

I'm convinced who ever is responsibly for the NPC traffic in GTA V/O is heavily trolling us. This becomes especially apparent if you're delivering an I/E car and NPC vehicles driving in the left line are going to instantly turn right across one or more lines just to bump into you for example. It's like they're deliberately trying to scrape off some of the profit your going to make.
