When you fall from a height to make you ragdoll, if you land on your legs/feet it will reduce your damage received compared to landing on your head for example.

If a personal vehicle of a friend of yours is set to something you have access to (crew/friend/crew+friend/everyone), instead of pressing Enter/Exit Vehicle you can hold it, to take their place in the drivers seat. Jack them, so to speak.

Gang attacks apparently won't trigger if it's raining (still within time for this location; and there was no CEO/VIP/MC work going on when this was taken).

 

I was wrong (yes, again)--they do (note rain). See screenshot below. But Vagos still do go indoors when it starts raining, so if you want to steal a custom yellow Peyote without a gun fight, it's the best time to do it. Haven't tried that trick yet with the Ballers or Families gangs...

Just noticed that in jobs recently played it only shows jobs made by R*, certified by R* and made by friends, not any other....pretty annoying.

Nope. There is a vip work in progress. You can see the orange targets in the minimap.

^^ You're right--scrap my earlier post; but darn, because I had checked the Player list first to see if something was going on, and nada (should have looked closer at the mini-map). *sigh*

 

I really wish whatever job/event/mission was going on in freeroam would be clearly displayed at the top of the Player list like VIP work is (e.g. Sightseer, Piracy Prevention, etc). Makes things much easier to quickly check.

 

I believe there is a bug in freeroam that (when it happens) thinks jobs are happening when nothing actually is. You go to launch VIP work, only to be told that some job is already going on...

Yeah had that happen in a solo public lobby. I tryed to do Headhunter and it said there was already a vip work in progress.

Male characters shower in a pair of grey and white shorts. I don't think I've ever spawned into the shower in my stilt house before, and none of the others are large enough to show your character from that angle.

^^ Makes sense, right? Our characters are censored with clothing when they shower, yet some(?) of the male characters at the Altruist camp run around stark naked (I know I've seen it anyway).

You can actually smash mailboxes with a bat in this game, the box goes flying when you hit it. Pretty satisfying. There are houses with mailboxes around Sandy Shores if anyone wants to try it out.
