Yep, agree. Got one for my secondary character, didn't suit her so I blew some dosh and Bennyfied it. Yeah, it's a little slower but I have no regrets. Thing is sexy AF! In fact, I liked it so much I bought the standard one for my main. Gotta say, over $500,000 on 3 bikes and mods well spent :D
It looks good, but not 130,000 good.

And its performance sucks a lot, even the Double T leaves it behind.

 

I bought it because of the Premium Race, but then I saw that nobody was playing the race because they are not aware the Bennified version is not allowed to race, or just dont want to spend money on it.

 

Worse buyers remorse I had so far, sold it.

 

You have to own one to enter the race?

Yes, and it must be the base model, the Bennified version is not allowed to race.

I just realized that NPC gangs aren't hostile in some contact missions. Currently mowing down Vagos on La Mesa with zero consequence while searching for the Dark Steel Tornado.

yea I only learned that a couple weeks ago in the same area, I stopped to shoot a couple and they all started running scared anc climbing to the roof. Can't believe it took me that long to notice.

The road headed north out of LS, next to Tequi-la-la, is apparently uncrossable. The peds coming from either east or west immediately turn around at the intersection...like whoop, can't go that way...😕 It's almost like gang territory or something. 😅

Meelee fighting in GTAO has an advantage that SP doesn't. You can keep running up to aggro'd npc's and repeatedly bowl them over. It's useful in interrupting enemy meelee attacks and comes in handy when facing multiple opponents.

Yeah I always enjoy that, on the downside though I hate that I can't ragdoll after jumping like in SP. It's one of my favorite ways to "bump" into npcs :p

I know right. It probably won't last either so get building.

 

You need to play them first so they're in "recent jobs" when building the list.

 

Sadly you start each mission at the default start rather than how playlists used to work, which was you'd start where where you finished (and with your peg vehicle next to you).

Yup, came along with I/E :D don't think it was intentional though seeing they have to be played first before you can add them.

Thanks for the heads up, I used to enjoy playing contact missions a lot.

Haven't played them in a while though, so this could be a fun way doing them again.

Was that US flag always there?

Looks like it got added on at a later time, seems kind of mismatched with the rest of the texture. R* seems to add random emblems in weird places. There's a registration number and a USAF roundel on the bottom of the Miljet's right wing. It's odd that they added those textures there of all places, since the whole underside of that plane is black and the markings are black too. Looks like a very similar case for that body armour. Still, a nice detail and a nice find! I don't think I'd ever notice that flag on my own. Seems kind of weird to include such trivial things, though. They're barely noticeable.

you can get top-range more often if you stocked all standard and medium ranges

Been doing for a short while now and id say 90% of the time I'm sourcing top range vehicles. Beats faffing around exporting low range cars for minimal commission.

FYI You get Top End cars 100% of the time by having all 10 unique (models, not plates) Standard and Mid cars stored. Any cars between 20 and 32 will be Top.

If it's not too much trouble would you mind expanding on this? I've never made a playlist so I'm unsure if this is something done through the in game menus or through the social club.

 

Just a quick step by step would be much appreciated.

You mean an Armored Boxville that has matte black as its secondary color? The turret being black and the "inner chassis" being black as well?

 

Then yes, that's the Personal Vehicle one given to owners. I really love the matte black on it compared to the tan color on the VIP work one.

Question regarding playlists with contact missions. Do playlists even give you extra cash? As in do you get a cash bonus for completing the playlist?

If I remember correctly I think you do get a bonus for finishing the playlist.

 

It's more about launching high paying missions quicker without vote screens or with some having to physically find the launch circle.

No cash bonus, only RP unfortunately. You'll get 100RP per job, so if the playlist has 16 missions, you'll earn additional 1600RP upon completion.

Nice catch--probably another bug in GTA Online's navmesh (ask forum member Cyron43 about that...).

 

FWIW, there's one other area I know of that's semi-"uncrossable" to NPCs in the game, and I'm (happily) not going to divulge where that is, because it's way too useful...esp. knowing R* would probably fix it. :)

 

Some bugs are just too helpful to report. :)
