I didn't know everyone got paid for a crate being destroyed. I was a block away... in passive too just trying to sell a Simeon vehicle so he'd leave me alone. And got 2 k once the guy chasing the organization blew them up.

I see some NPC Cubans flying over at quite low altitude for the last two weeks. Don't know whether or not they're triggered by other players requesting ammo/crates or just random

It looks llike there is some npc airtraffic going on in online. I saw multiple NPC Luxors landing at lsia since executives and other criminals. They were always landing on the long runway (the that goes from north to south) and afterwards driving to the parkingspaces near the helipads. On time there landed three in a row.

dont think thats the case as theres no real plane doing the drops...

 

some time ago i was curious and decided to record a video of a air drop and while we can hear the sound of the plane, theres no plane flying by, the crates simply spawn in the air.

When you shoot down an NPC helicopter in CEO missions, the crates and their little parachutes appear several hundred feet above the last position of the chopper.

last week I requested an ammo drop from MW & the plane circled for a while after delivery. chased it for a bit in my buzzard. couldn't shoot it down.

The Cuban pilots are f*cking insane. I requested an ammo drop in PB next to Chiliad. After it dropped, I was watching it flying really low up the steepest part of the mountain, banked left and flew right over me again and flew between some trees, almost killing himself in the process. What an exit. I don't think I have it recorded but man, sh*t was intense.

I didn't know until today that you can get electrocuted to death in GTAO!! The leader of my crew showed me. I probably found it way funnier than it actually is (he showed me because he knows I am easily amused)....The silly "BZZT!" noise and the way your character goes limp and falls with a splat....I think I laughed for a half hour without stopping. I took a few screenshots.

Those electric stations are everywhere. We used to do all sorts of things on these. Parachute on to them. Jump off a bikes and try to hit them etc. Sometimes if you hit them right u can be launched about a mile up the road. Every now and then u can stuck between them and u spaz about on them for a while until u die. Can be quite funny at times.

The good place for them is up around the wind turbines. There are several stations here. To find others just look up and follow the cables.

A great one is in the department of water and power HQ (obviously) in los santos opposite the casino (the door opens!!)
