I saw an NPC unarmed buzzard flying above Vinewood for the first time ever today.

i started seen them flying around in freeroam after the ceo update, before that it was only froggers and mavericks.

 

i normally see 1 flying by when im around the lsc near lesters, which is where my main warehouse is located.

Ive seen them spawn a few times on hospital rooftops lately.

Well, that's new.. I know the armed one spawned at the hospital and airport but haven't seen an unarmed one spawn. Whenever I see the unarmed one, it's being flown by an NPC in a mission.

Saw one today at the police stadion near the canal. ( The one from the heist and were the impound is located in singleplayer. )

starting a VIP Hostile Takeover at LSIA right after dropping off crates at the Xero Gas Warehouse is the fastest legit money making you can find in the game.

Headhunter with at least 4 associates in Savages can be done in less than 40 seconds for 20k+

I just figured out that warehouses are the best thing in the game when it comes to losing the police. What makes them so great is you are able to enter them any time you have a wanted level and unlike an apartment, LSC, garage, office you don't have to be out of the line of sight of the police you can just walk right in even if the police are actively shooting at you or standing next to you and once you enter the warehouse the wanted level disappears and you don't have to waste for it to go away.

 

I just stumbled upon this accidentally when I was in a shootout with the cops and as I was back peddling while shooting at them I backed up into the door of one of my warehouses and lo and behold I was able to walk right in even though I had four starts and half the LSPD force was standing a few feet from me shooting at me. Then once I was inside I noticed the stars were not on my screen anymore some walked right back out figuring as soon as I did my shootout would continue but to my surprise my wanted level was completely gone.

They are probably trying to fix that, or will be at some point. You can bet.........

The police station near Legion Square is pretty good for them. I'll grab you a screenshot so no-one has to gtfo

 

Edit: It took longer than I expected, but it was there eventually...

I've seen them spawn on the Vinewood helipad multiple times, unarmed, in fact I've never seen an armed one there. It was seeing one flying that surprised me - he nearly got splashed on the chance he was a OTR glitcher

I see some NPC Cubans flying over at quite low altitude for the last two weeks. Don't know whether or not they're triggered by other players requesting ammo/crates or just random

Young female NPCs in Vinewood will quite happily whip out a pistol and blast away whilst calling you a f*cker if you fire at them.
