I learned you don't need to stay on the yacht after you launch PP.

I was able to start PP before I lagged out and everyone left my lobby. So i jumped in my jet when this happened and headed over to my office. I stood on my office for a couple of minutes during the mission and won PP from the rooftop of my office.

I do this all the time in public lobbies where there are only friends. In fact, we take turns every time the cool down runs out. You can make money doing PP, while getting other things done around the lobby. Unfortunately it is a 1 hour cool down period.

If one friend lags out of a lobby and ends up in his own lobby, he invites the rest of us to his lobby. When this happens, it is rare for anyone else to enter the lobby.

Oh, and Bonus Fact!:

The Stallion is a Declasse vehicle... WHYYYY?!

You're worse than the f*cking Hunter guy.

Thank you, I try my best.

Blista compact can spawn in traffic. But it wouldn't let me in the car even after the driver ran away.

You can freely drive it if you already own a Blista Compact, though. Same with the other cars that spawns in Single Player (Huntley S, Pigalle, Panto, Stallion, Dukes, ect.)

Though sometimes you can drive them freely, without having to own them. Dunno what causes it.

They are driveable for everyone during freemodeevents.

Player characters don't have eyelashes.

You really don't want to open that can of worms

It won't end well.

I get that--add too much detail to the game, and it may become a wishlist nightmare, even if it's debatable just how visible eyelashes on characters could be. :)

Then again, if R* charged $50,000 for every new pair of eyelashes, imagine the benefits for Take-Two. lol

Don't start Headhunter in the north of the map if your idea of a good Headhunter is one that's done quickly and with minimal travelling.

Indeed. But if you want an easy executive search, North of the map is the way to go. Boring tho. Actually anywhere is pretty easy/boring to run executive search if you know what you are doing.

(Walk in circles alone = guaranteed win.)

Sightseer I start in the middle of the map or just north of the city so the radio changes. I don't like sightseer tho, it's easy but I don't like getting out of my jet if I don't have to and you need to leave the vehicle to pick up the packages. Hostile Takeover pays a bit less but I don't believe you need to leave the vehicle to pick up/drop off the package.

I used to do Sightseers a lot as I've always been crap at hitting moving vehicles with rockets so I didn't bother much with Headhunter. Sightseer is really boring though and getting in and out of the Buzzard (no Hydra) doesn't help.

Been getting into the Headhunter game recently though, it's a pain in the ass when I have a brain fart and start it in the desert but usually it's a really fast 20K.

I think there is only one target in the country i cant get from the sky. He's in a building and if someone is shooting rockets it's almost impossible to get the right angle.

In the city it's all about the angles. Everyone is reachable. Unless the target is moving like you say, haha I have no advice for hitting a moving target with the Buzzard accept keep your distance wait for them to turn and or hope for the best.

Hydra is fairly easy to hit a moving target. I practiced with contact missions with no cops. I had the garage by the base and would start artificial scarcity, hop the fence steal a jet and take my time. There are a few other contact missions that a good for this but I found artificial scarcity to be the best practice for the jet.

The light on the PS4 controller, when in freeroam (and not being chased by the cops), will glow in your crew's color (though "Pure Black" glows deep red).

my crew color is black. for me it shows the color of whatever SP character I was on before I joined an online session

Moving targets are pretty easy in the Buzzard. Always line up behind a target moving away from you. Much easier to hit than a target moving toward you.

I wait for them to stop at the lights then hit them with the old one two, very reliable and you never wait long for it. I don't agree it's easy to hit targets in a Buzzard when they're on the move, obviously you shoot from behind (cough) but the rockets have a tendency to hit far enough behind them that they don't get caught and if you're close enough in the sweet spot then you're at risk of being shot. Not impossible but not all that easy.

Sorry for the quote train guys, I started editing it on my phone but it's a nightmare.

When a target vehicle is moving at freeway speeds it can be a pain as the homing rockets tend to hit behind the vehicle.

When it looks like they aren't going to get off the freeway quickly, I switch to non-homing rockets and try to blow up another car near them so they spin out; then switch back to homing to disable the car, then attack the target/bodyguards.

If you're lucky to get one stopped at a light when there's other cars around, their delayed secondary explosions can take out the target or at least a T-1000 bodyguard.

On a similar topic, when an NPC has your crate in their vehicle, stopping in front of it doesn't deter them and they will plow right through you, but stopping/landing in front of another NPC vehicle will make them stop long enough that you can attack and kill them.

The exception is when your crate(s) are in a Police van: they will stop if you block the road and they will get out and fight if you shoot them, rather than drive away like maniacs.

Don't laugh at me but I just found out you can put crew logos on some clothing like 3 days ago XD

I won't laugh because the logos may not be there the next time you log in... or they may be attached to your skin instead of the clothing (though not a tattoo)... or you'll be baffled why some clothes can have logos and others can't (or have them in different locations), even when they look and are modeled exactly the same, even in the same sub-category.

ohh yes, yesterday my friend had the same logo on his outfit so I asked him are we in the same crew and he's so confused xD I think its probably him that's not seeing it..

It's not true. The only dlc cars that don't kick you out are the dukes and the panto, all others you cannot drive UNLESS a freemode event is running.

I need to test it again, I was in the middle of conquering a yacht, but looks like the front of the yacht is quite a useful place to fight from?

nope.gif

Also, f*ck the dodgy aiming on the yacht.

Wonder if that could have something to do with yacht defences? They obviously wouldn't be up during PP but maybe there's a residual area which it affects or something.

I did not know that the Journey can seat 4 people. I found this out yesterday whilst playing the mission Meth'd Up, i was impressed to say the least. After almost 3 years, it's cool to still find out things for the first time.

Barely found out last week that he police car sirens will make cars that are ahead of you stop.

When I get into a cop car the first thing I do is turn off the siren because its annoying. For some reason I decided to drive with it on and notice cars would stop and pull over.

haha.
