Sorry it's not online but last time I left online and went to SP I ended up as Michael at the golf club. I usually just kill the nearest person and turn the game off but instead I watched what the NPCs were up to. There were two blokes playing golf and it first caught my eye when one of them drove off the tee and I actually saw the ball travel through the air, rather than just disappear, and after taking his shot he waited for his mate to tee off then they got in their cart and went to where their balls had landed.

 

I watched them chip onto the green and get their putters out, my money was on pink jumper but I lost track of their shot counts when they both took about ten attempts to putt in from a couple of feet away.

 

After they'd finally finished the hole they got in the cart and went to the next tee. So long story short the NPCs don't just pretend to play golf as window dressing, they actually do it properly. Although their putting is comically terrible.

Mine's actually looks cleaner, the problem is that if you don't clean it with a towel after the rain, it gets dirtier because the dust/smoke particles gets attached to the wet surface.

The Sultan RS has a little light upon the dashboard which turns from red/orange to yellow upon reaching a high rev (More noticeable if you hold in the handbrake and press the accelerator, in which it'll flicker)

If you call up a Pegasus vehicle during one mission, when you choose another mission from the voting screen it'll load up with your Pegasus vehicle ready to be collected. Well at least thats what it does during a Crystal Clear Out playlist.

^ Pegasus vehicles have always persisted between the playlist missions, originally they stayed where you left them which made for interesting play throughs.

In the Editor the restriction that you can't change depth of field is not dependent upon whether you had it enabled when you took the footage but when you loaded the Editor. So you can apply depth of field effects to old video capture - just enable it in the Settings | Display menu before loading the Editor.

Yep, discovered this a little while back when i first got my buzzard. I noticed it was already at Sandy shores when I started the next round. Eventually I figured out if it was landed/soft crashed/didn't crash on the end screen it was available for the next round. So now I land the helo and snipe the last guy. Sure it only saves $200 per round but if you play the whole 16 rounds it saves you $3000.

I didn't know the combat roll timer was directly tied to your stealth stat. When you start the game as level 1 with minimum stealth, you can combat roll once every 6 steps. But once you max it out, you can combat roll every 4th step. That's a huge difference in any pvp mode.

I only found out recently that you can get tyre smoke on bicycles. If you fall off and the wheels end up resting against a wall or kerb then you'll get smoke coming off as if you're doing a wheelspin. If you leave it for a while then the tyre (maybe tyres) will pop. You can still ride the bike but it makes sparks from the rims on the ground.

 

Looks pretty cool on a BMX.

You can glitch pegasus into delivering you a vehicle while you're driving one.

 

I accomplished this glitch by leaving my Marshal at the Dachshund depot for 15ish minutes before picking it up. Then drove it for 5. Then, I called for a my swift bravo not even thinking what I was doing. Turns out they delivered me one anyway. It said they were reclaiming my Marshal but it never kicked me out.

 

Could be useful for spawning friends some pegasus support.

 

 

 

Not sure if readily repeatable or what I might have done besides not driving it after calling for it but it can happen.

I have the store discount of 5%, yet I still had to pay the full amount for the upgrade. This is also true for my lowrider upgrade...

I do that often. It's come from them allowing you to call Pegasus repeatedly, so you can correct a mistake, or get something delivered to a more preferable location after it was delivered somewhere else. Basically, there's an overlap where you can be in your old one and going to get the new one (as you describe). It comes in handy when you want to parachute from your smoking Hydra, and land on your new one

It was a while ago now but basically I'd go to one end of the SS runway and call one in, then sit next to it and call another one. It's a combo of the new spawn points and the ability to phone for a new one without destroying the old. I moved them off the spawn points and into a nice line.

 

IIRC the last one would be "reclaimed" but when a new one appears the queue moves up a bit and they turn into generic vehicle props. So you'd always have n-1 available.

1st surely isn't a mind-blowing thing but by keeping F pressed (PC, on consoles it should be the button to get inside a vehicle) you can take out another player from the driver's seat like with a regular NPC. I knew it was possible but never bothered to search exactly how to;

Its basically holding the button for entering a vehicle.
