Are you sure about that? I thought it wasn't that much before the SP storyline - only a few months, if I remember correctly. Michael and his family moved to Los Santos straight after his "death" during the North Yankton job.

 

I thought it took place at the same time as the North Yankton job but whatever.

 

North Yankton job was 9-10 years ago.

If you listen very carefully, when it's raining your shoes will squeak as you walk

Also when you're driving you can hear the wind if you're going fast enough, I didn't realize it until I switched to cg. I don't think you can hear it on lg.

Can confirm that this effect is non-LG. I have never heard of the wind blowing when driving too fast on LG too.

Were you moving frame by frame (Fine scrubbing as it's called in game)? - If so, the blood won't show up unless it's properly moving. Same works for the bullet trajectory, fire-trail from RPG's, etc.

People probably already know this, but online characters have a voice during director mode. They won't speak with the button pressed, but they will yell upon falling from a high place.
