Easy to find :

 

Do the Chopper Tail mission, when you bring back the truck to Trevor a police bike will start chasing you.

Kill the police man, hop on the bike and wait for the mission to end, go back to freemode and there you go.

Asterope is always in my face, I think it's probably only rare if you're searching for it.

Even though you can buy the Asea, I never see this vehicle on the roads. The Tailgater only seems to show up if Simeon wants it.

Didn't work, I've tried this on ''Crooked Cop''. It would have if it wasn't blacklisted.

Go on the highway by the mission in single where you chased the racers on police bikes as Franklin raced them. Get a wanted level for a really long time, and at lest one will spawn. It is best to do this in invite only sections.

How do the cops in police bike behave anyways? I can imagine them trying to ram you from the back of your car and then flying off their bikes, lol.

They shoot at you. OP, go to the Ammu-nation in the Tatavium mountains or the Hippy along the Mt. Chiliad highway at noon.

Seen one on the day of the last update, it was next to a sheriff cruiser. 1st and last time seeing it online.

 

Was near Michaels shrinks house.

I actually saw one for the first time in 18 days played. Of course, I happened to be with some random noob who had a 4 star wanted level on him at the time. We drove passed the police motorcycle who was setup at a roadblock with one of the police vans. Foolishly, I bailed out of the moving car in a vain effort to try and snag the motorcycle. Pretty sure you can't save it in your garage but I though it would be worth the effort. After rolling for about a block and a half, and with 1mm of health left, a cop car plowed into me and sent me flying.

 

Yeah, the motorcycle had disappeared by then.
