i didn't put that spawn point

I have now created 3 different death matches and on every death match i crated there is always a glitched spawn point I didn't put. example: i crated a death match over at terrors airfield but once a player dies he spawns in the middle of west Los Santos underneath the games map and i put down all the required spawn points for that death match any idea why this happens or has this happens to anyone else
