Is it normal to find a regular Faggio in TBoGT?

Alright, I just noticed a regular Faggio is spawning in the TBoGT traffic for me;

That one I have never seen before, I only seen the "new" Faggios, but certainly not the IV one.

Is this a bug or something?

 

I'm using the EfLC, PC version with no mods installed whatsoever.

 

E: Turns out, after some research, they do spawn in TBoGT.
