Ignore I said that. It's a term I've coined myself, to express a void of abeyance in attaining perfection caused by one's own faults.

I'm not gonna bore you guys to death with a 3-page essay on my interpretation of the word.

Update: ezfaun skimmed it, slightly. But yeah, I call myself an orchider because of the symbolism associated with orchids and the meanings behind them in various artworks.

It's a mix of the symbolism of "dying and dragging others down" and also "orchids are meant to symbolize perfection". I view this perfection in an abeyant form. It is obtainable, but I fail to obtain it due to reasons that are entirely in my control. I have noone to blame but myself for not obtaining said perfection, making the lack of obtainment pathetic as f*ck.

Update 2:

Oh shyt, I rambled again. Move on folks. Don't wanna derail this thread.

well that's what you get for using a word I don't know around me XD

also what about other decaying orchids around you?

aren't they at least partially to blame for your failure to attain perfection?

or am I taking the analogy too far now?

in any case I really liked your original post since I assumed it was mainly satirical and based on how others view you

but now I'm starting to think it's more sincere

to which I would say , lighten up little emo flower XD

Forklift driver and packer of shipping containers of legendary status here.

That's about as grand as I can make that sound. It's all downhill after that.

Not bad.

It pays the bills and will hopefully lead onto something else, and the hours are great (8 to 8, 4 days on, 4 days off).

I own a bread distribution company that services stores in chicago land area . I started the business in 2010 been self employeed ever since. I don't work now and enjoy having all days off and spend most of the time with my wife and daughter yet I managed to put in 25 days time played . I'm 28 years old now im thinking of selling the business for half a million and retiring or find a hobby that pays decent wage that i enjoy .

Why is money so important? Of course you need some dough in your pocket but not 2 million or more, does that make anyone happy?

Im happy if i get a job with decent payout and a wife

.

It would'nt hurt to be wealthy, would it?

naah it would be cool, but if you were not that wealthy would you commit suicide?

No keep it a while longer, Just look at the Sharks on Shark Tank the one guy was offered 1 Million to sell his bussiness but he declined and ended up selling it years later for a half a billion dollars.

Take a cue from them don't sell yet.

I'm a library assistant.

Common misconception: that I sit around, read books all day and tell people to shut up.

Actually, most of what I end up doing is tutoring people in basic IT skills, photocopying and self service printing, listening to people's problems, looking for stolen books, and telling MPs that I don't care who they are, if their books are late they still have to pay fines.

Actually, though, it's good work. I enjoy it. I enjoy helping people out. And occasionally, I get to recommend a really good book to someone.

Bit of a contrast to a murderous career criminal and psychopath, huh?

My job descriptions (2 jobs) says " Perform proper life-saving techniques", but I rarely have to do that. So in reality i'm just sitting down for $10 an hour.

That's what £2.2m buys. Perhaps if you don't like that, you could go for the £6,000 Salmon Pink option.
