Video Recording Event - Riots, block party, and no police

I'm curious if anyone has advice on how to organize a video event with 16 people. I don't have that many xbox friends i can coordinate with nor a large crew for this also. The most I could probably get is 4-6 at one time. Do I post an event here and see who wants to participate? Another site? Just yell it it while in a game lobby that is full?

 

Basically, making a fun video in GTA, maybe about 20-30 minutes of your time. the real video is about 4-5 minutes after edits. Scenario is that the Los Santos police are on strike and people are just terrorizing pedestrians, car explosions, gate glitching, having parties in back yards of the fancy houses, maybe some Harlem Shake music, and there are no police to stop us. Because they will be on strike due to all the bad publicity and over aggressive behavior since patch 1.13. I'll be acting as a reporter and cameraman.

 

I don't have a scheduled date time yet. Most likely Monday evening, unless I can finish the scripted text for "the on-site reporter"
