This. There's way too many people playing online to all boycott at once, especially considering not everyone shares the same views on certain aspects online (i.e. Some can't stand squeakers, others don't mind or turn chat to friends.) so to gather everybody up to boycott would be impossible.

And a boycott won't do much, simple because we're not even a large part of GTAO's total player base.

Never happen. Look at the crap the call of duty fan base goes through and they never tried a boycott. Unfortunately many children are being babysat by these simple consoles and they well remain completely involved in the game.

I wish something would happen to make a change. I asked Rockstar to shut down Online for however long it takes to weed out the hackers, glitchers, modders, exploiters, whatever name they want to go by to avoid punishment.

 

I wouldn't mind a month of GTA Online being down due to a boycott or even an employee strike. Imagine what the customer service reps must think. Imagine the death threats kids have sent to support reps. Do they realize they work for a company that has made enough money to hire more workers to help alleviate the issues?

 

I know I'm just barking in the wind here, but it feels good to vent.
