Happens randomly to me, but I mostly get "Saving failed - unable to connect to the Rockstar game services" almost every time I get on GTA: Online.

I see i have friends playing GTAO but i can't join.

 

I wonder if they are still on because they stayed Online when the failed happen

Yes, but that only states PS3. It's also happening on Xbox 360, the issue that is.

That's a relief. I've not tried playing as I'm at work, but I did go to my profile on the social club and *everything* is gone. It was a heart-stopping moment, but I suspect it'll all reappear later.
