I'll purchase a large amount of stock ($500 mil - $1 bil) and it won't go through and I have to do it in small amounts. Or, the share counter will randomly reset when adding shares to your portfolio. I also just made a $650,000,000 stock purchase with Franklin. It took my money but took ALL shares I had and erased them so I was out money and previously purchased shares.
