Because what different does the DLC look from original game if it features M, F and T in Los Santos? After completing missions? freedom Posted May 21, 2014 Share Posted May 21, 2014 Dude, It's DLC, not a new game. I would be very surprised if Rockstar develop any new cities for DLC. It's a huge undertaking. Plus, there are a lot of areas of LS and Blaine County that haven't seen much activity and are ideal for DLC.
