Different versions of the Sandkind?

I'm not so sure about the wheels. I chose them because they have a little chrome circle around the edge. It doesn't show very well in the picture but it's pretty much as shiny as the chrome paint. But there was no wheel color available to match the olive drab paint job. I always like my wheels to either be chrome or to match some other part of the car. I made them anthracite black to match the tyres but it looks like it's missing something.

Any suggestions?

You can find the sandking without any bullbar and that's the best one imho.

I wanted bull bars on mine and no extended bumper, you need one to find one that has bull bars for that. The extended bumper makes it less capable of driving over stuff.

Edit: Here it is again because it ended up on the last page.

SANDKING: It's a Love Hate Thing

I can't tell you how many times I've jack'd a Sandking and added it to my garage, only to sell it a few sessions later.

The little kid in me is in love with those big tires, the fuel tanks, and the ability to drive over other cars without care.

However, it's usefulness is limited beyond its ability to cross rivers and stomp like a boss. It rolls. It falls. It slides.

Going off-road in this beast usually ends up in terminal, chemical frustration, whether crashing into simple sticks in the dirt or endlessly tumbling down a ravine for three minutes.

Still, despite any drawbacks, with the ability to have expanded garage space now, there's no reason in the world not to keep one, just for the fun of it.

For me, night time is the right time to bring out the Sandking, as it's a menacing site to see when you're in the middle of a police firefight and a Sandking rolls over your head and everything else in its path.

ps. dropping the suspension on a Sandking should get you banned from ever owning one. Just saying is all.

you might as well of lowered it. putting those tanks and big bumper on.

I found it. Didn't take too long, switched sessions a couple of times while in the SWB and after a while it spawned. It doesn't have the roll cage though but I'm gonna put the truck bed cover on it anyway. Or would that stay visible inside of the cover?

You can buy the rollcage in the lsc, can't you?

Yeah but I bought the big extension so I was wondering if the roll bars would stay inside of it. Doesn't matter though in the end because I tinted the windows.

Here's what I made of it:

I will call it "the general with the little gun".

Nice. I like the military feel.

EDIT: As to suggestions for the wheels, I honestly like the look you have there, has the feel of those stock wheels, which I love. The tires look fatter than mine...

Thanks. I think I'm going to keep the wheels antracite black because no other color really suited it.

I saw this car posted by wolfp212:

I like those wheels too. I'll see how it looks with those later as well.

One of my favourite vehicles in the whole game, sadly now being stored in my 2nd garage until the 4x4 is fixed!

(PS its NOT lime green, its much brighter than that)

It does make it look even more massive though. I would like another one and making it similar to this. Not enough garage space to justify it though, maybe for my second character.
