This guy and his Coveted playlist is great. Plus, he's an all around great guy to do Coveted with. You can get the Coveted playlist by bookmarking it to your game via Social Club - in fact, that's the only way you can. Just look one up in Google or Social Club and bookmark it to your game. When you start it up, voila! Should be there under playlists.

I found the playlist by typing into GOOGLE, "coveted playlist gta online". I then clicked on the link on the Reddit website, and there is a link there , someone else posted to the message board, for the x16 playlist.
