I am LBY Paradise (also my Xbox gt) and we're looking for active members to help start up a crew based on team work. We will have 4 Lts. that will lead four different forces and I will run one myself and have a second hand man for when I have to run the rest of the crew to help run that with me. The first force will be a pro-team so if you are active and are good at crew battles and any type of gunfights you can join that one (will be hand selected but go to leader to ask for a tryout). The next will be a mafia style force that wreaks havoc on free roam players and team death matches. The third will me a army style force that uses jets, tanks, trucks, cargobobs, titans and etc. (any type of military vehicle) to rain havoc upon whatever they wish (still a Work in progress need people to help direct it). The fourth will be a force that specializes in car races and stunting and will do a lot of races and etc. The one I will be running is a force that specializes in all free roam activities. The force i will run will specialize in rooftop warfare, ambushes, transportation and drop off of people, vehicles, and tanks. We have 2 rules (more may be added but we are trying to making this crew as tactically capable as possible while still having as much fun as is seen possible) Rule 1: No killing anyone in the crew that is actively wearing the crew tag (may be killed by accident if wearing another crew tag in game) Rule 2: Respect all members especially your leader and Lts./force leaders. Roles of Leader, Lts./force leaders, Commissioners, Representatives, Muscles, Photographer, Recorders, Enforcers, and Recruiters:
Leader: Settles Disputes, Runs Crew, Decides what is best for crew (including final vote for kicking members if vote is tied by the 4 Lts. and creating or rules and new activities), runs the Spec Ops Force.
Lts./Force Leaders: Runs selected force and can come to vote on decision to kick member for specified accounts of disloyalty, disrespectfulness, or not wanted attitude, etc.
Commissioners: Help run crew in leaders absence and vote on new rules, activities, and etc. in crew to help members better enjoy the crew. Commissioners and leaders right hand people and help make this crew a fun place to be.
Representatives: Their job is to refer members to recruiters and this is a rank you reach one your loyalty has been confirmed and that you pose a good view of our crew.
Muscle: This is the basic fresh recruit, probationary member, or pending representative members rank until moved up based on loyalty and behavior. This rank is the heart and blood of the crew and what keep it running.
Photograher: Go to person to take crew photos and helps get crew featured.
Recorder: Records for crew YouTube (one past 20 members channel will be made.)
Enforcer: Reports fights, disrespectfulness, disloyalty of other members to leader. Also helps takes members reports of being killed, or trash talked to by other members to leader.
Recruiter: Recruits and accepts or denies representatives reference to possible new member.

 

(The ps3 side will start up near 10 members. I am planning on working hard to get this crew where it needs to be and hope to see its growth and fame rise)
