How to remove a player from your crew when their PSN/SC id doesn't

So how do I do this? We can't find the guy lol

 

His socialclub name is not the same as his PSN id.. We have his psn, we just find his actual socialclub name lol

 

Searches for his psn bring nothing up in google (his username is *random letters, numbers and underscores lol, so it brings up hella random results). I also don't believe his account is connected to social club...

 

Is there a specific way I can find him?

 

Is it possible to remove him from the crew in-game?

 

 

Sorry if this isn't the right section, just please move if it is...

To find him look in the muscle section, then look for someone without a linked account who is the same rank as the 'trouble-maker'.

 

You can then either send them a message or kick them (if you are sure it is the right player).

I don't think you can, I am on PS3 - and I looked but there is no option to do this in-game.

Great advice... I'll start asking everyone to link up accounts, for future needs.. We have about 300 muscle lol, so I guess I'll start matching levels when I get home lol

My crew encountered this problem when someone kept killing crew members when we asked them to stop. We downsized the crew by a lot, kicking all the randoms.

Yeah, if you don't know who they are - kick 'em.

 

Then if it is someone 'cool' who didn't have their S.C. account linked - they will probably send you a message asking why they got the boot!

 

Then ask them to add their S.C. account to the game and send them an invite.

 

That would probably be the quickest way of doing it...!

Sadly it is this difficult. In addition to matching ranks, you could try checking the snapmatic feed of likely suspects, if they have a distinctive look. Having to play detective sucks...

Yup, future prevention is one of your only options now. We don't allow anyone in the crew who doesn't have their PSN/XBL account linked to SC for this reason.

 

Does the guy know you want him gone? If not, maybe you could coax his Social Club name out of him somehow? Tell him you want to promote him but you need to know what his SC is.

 

If he knows you want him gone you might be a bit stuck here. :p

 

Edit; The above suggestion is a good one, if you know what his char looks like or if one of his cars is very distinctive, check the crew Snapmatic and see if you can find him.

I recommend it. Feels good to know every single person in the crew and like hercules said, if they truly want to be in the crew they'll ask why they were kicked. Then you can explain, invite them back, and get to know them, making them a more reputable member.

That was one idea I had... I'm gonna add him when I get home and see if I get something done that way.... I don't belie he knows we want him gone, so it should be easy...

 

Linked accounts only from now on lol

 

 

I was promoted to lieutenant a few weeks ago, and this is my first issue... Time to prove myself lmao

We had this problem once. If you can get him to take a picture, all you need to do is go to social club and search your crew on Snapomatic. "Presto", you found the culprit.

That would work, if they have thier S.C. account linked to the game...

 

Some people don't have their games linked, so you have to do as suggested above and put together the evidence to I.D. the 'offender'.

 

Rank and character appearance are the best ways to go about this, as suggested also look at their cars - most will have a preferred vehicle they normally use and quite possibly will have taken a photo of it that you can find on their Snapmatic gallery :santa:

 

We have had a few 'crew-killers' in the British Collective, but we always manage to find out who they are and boot them out ASAP :lol:
