I don't like to eat before I touch something that I'll have to hold for a considerably long time. It's the same when I drive or hold my pen. The worst is a greasy door knob or just having that film of oil in your fingers and you don't have a way to wash it off. Licking only makes it worse.

As for food, I've eaten a Bolognese for dinner while steering my character around my garage with my toes, so I guess there's no specific gaming food, just regular food. For that matter, same with the drinks.

I mostly (some nights) play high and my food/drink is everything in the fridge. When you smoke, that first drink of orange/pineapple soda is the best feeling in the world, haha.

Sugar free juice/soda is 10x worse for you that the sugar-filled ones. It contains dangerous chemicals, the main one being "Aspartame". This artificial sweetner excites your brain cells so much it causes them to burn out and die. Yep I said it drinking sugar free CocaCola and Pepsi is slowly killing your brain. Better off with the sugar-filled ones in moderation, sorry for bursting anyones bubble but these corparations don't care about people or there wellbeing they only care about $$$
