network errors and disconnected from almost every session

What type of internet connection do you use? What is your NAT setting, average ping? There are a lot of reasons why it could be. You have to narrow down and eliminate what could be causing the issue.

there are very little chances that the problem is caused by your connection.

 

i have a 10mbs internet connection(10down, 5up) with a ping between 9-19 all the time and i still get this disconnects.

It's honestly been happening to me since this patch, I used to have it before January until that patch that month fixed it... for about 4 months, now it's back.

I cleared the game data on PS3 and now its better, it reduced drastically the freezing and disconnecting, you should try it out.
