I'm 69% sure that with those consoles, my prediction with the use of expectancy will be 3 months due to high definitions that will most likely to choke the consoles. This photo, if based on what we know from GTA: SA, was taken facing southeast. The LS skyline should be northwest of Grove Street, behind this photo.
