Payout for Heists

Think your info is wrong.

17 people, there was only I think five people in heists on single player and max of 16 people in a lobby online.

The way folk bitch about the revamped RR being way too hard and demanding it be reverted back - so if heist payouts are to be upwards of 50k then they would surely be much tougher than RR, so god help these boards when and if that occurs.

mmm chocolate

If they aren't making the payout 2x or 3x more than the payout of the highest paying mission... $18750 ....

Then they shouldn't release them at all.

AND we should be compensated somehow for how long its taken for them to come out.

Such as, for the first week of Heists, we should be able to play them on replay as much as we want.

I'm still wondering how many people have ditched any hope for heists and don't even play GTA V anymore.

I don't mind a payout of 50k or more, I just wanna play them for the fun mostly.

Most likely $50,000 - 100,000. They will probably be like the playlist 3+ jobs too create a set up followed by the grand finale. Probably limited too 1 per in-game day ala 48min; however, there will be multiple heists so no biggie.

I am looking forward to it as a co-op situation where strategy is the best plan. Hopefully we will get a cutscene featuring our characters like in saints row 3/4.

It'll probably depend on the combination of difficulty/duration/amount of prep work. If the heists will indeed take 30-45min to complete, it would make sense to have payouts be equivalent to farming high-pay missions in same amount of time, which comes out to 100-200k for each player (minus prep expenses) for 30-45min of work. For heists that are 10-15min, expect no more than 50-80k payout.

Personally, I'd like the prep work dictate the difficulty and reward, rather than having the dumb easy/normal/hard slider. That way, the smart and meticulous preppers will be rewarded with saved mission time and possibly better payout.

I hope they are fun but not really difficult where everyone attacks us in swarms and since I usually don't have friends online heists could prove to be challenging with randoms..... Guess I need to find a good crew or team

i have a feeling they're gonna release only 2 heists and promise more later lol

payouts will not exceed mid 5 figures. Would be shocked to see anything 100,000

Everybody keeps saying that every player is gonna get an equal cut of the payout, but I distinctively remember reading somewhere or watching/listening to an episode of GTA V o'clock where it was mentioned that the person who takes the money, gets to give it to everybody else in whatever cut they want, or keep it all for themself. I'll see if I can find the link to the video, but I could swear that was mentioned. So, technically speaking, you could very well walk away with 100k no problem, and leave your crew members with nothing.

was that for heists or for armored car/store robberies? Because for the latter you do have to share it to give other people stuff.

Rewatched the video again.. Didn't specifically mention heists, but it would make sense to implement that system of splitting it among players. That way, somebody who's just lollygagging won't get the same amount as the person who carried the whole heist.

I don't give a f*ck about Heist lol. The feature Rockstar was hyping in the whole GTAV and honestly... it's just meh. Now the feature for Online never come and it's almost a year since Online started. Even if it comes, payout gonna be sh*t and Nett amount would be bullcrap because of the overpriced prep and most likely constant Heist Failed occurrence.

And then Rockstar fanboys be like "nah, Heist is fine." "nah, Rockstar never said it will come soon." "nah, Rockstar never said it will have huge payout." "nah, heist is easy you all just suck at gta. Thanks Rockstar, it's cool." and whatever blah-blah you can think of how people defending their idol.

I'm expecting 75k. Anything under 75k feels like a slap in the face. 100k is ideal.

Not when Keshkurdz is around lol.

Rockstar should hire the guy who made FOS lol. He's a much better mission designer than those in Rockstar.

October 1st is one year from release of online. It's only May. Only been seven months. It's still five months away. Next time, you try to make a pathetic statement, get your facts right.

Also, here is the Rockstar press release about online. You know that one you and the other pathetic idiots who say heists was promoted as

being out on release day:

Oh look, it's also from Rockstar not some review site.

It's going to be disproportional to the amount of effort and to the length of the job, pretty much guaranteed.

If it manages to compare to popular grinding missions when it comes to money per minute (or hour), then fine.

If you take 5 minutes to do RR you'll make (expenses not counted) 112.5k in half an hour...

There is NO WAY IN HELL Rockstar would let only one person distribute the money after a mission.

If it was 1 hour because it was a deep and intricate process that took meticulous planning, then yes that would be great. If it was an hour because it was a lot of fetch quests and just time consuming then no, I'd take 100k an hour, better than farming RR or Coveted like 20 times.

I don't even see how that would be possible. Who wants to put in an hour of work on a mission only to have players leave or freeze?

I see players screw up missions all the time. The last thing I want is my ability to win in the hands of someone else. I don't want to play for an hour only to get nothing because another player decided to be a hero and fail miserably at something relatively simple.

I heard it was supposed to be $80k, not sure if that is for each player - or the total cut though.

Since the cheapest cash card, a red shark cash card gives you GTA$ 100.000 I'm pretty sure the payout of an heist will be lower than that.

For pay-out only? Ofcourse not.

I haven't timed it yet (I will, though) but if you assume RR to take 5 minutes, you can make a solid 225k in an hour by doing that instead.

Ofcourse that is without expenses, but I think that there'll be some expenses for heists as well. Not to mention the fact that you don't actually spend 105k on ammo for one hour of RR. I think. If you did, that would make up the difference.

Like others have said, I won't care if the heists are fun. But they better be very good fun. By the time they come out most people won't be needing the money anymore anyway.
