Payphones

I was thinking it would be pretty sweet if there were payphones all around the city that would randomly ring and give players a chance to race/fight to get to the phone for an opportunity to get a high paying bounty on one of the other players or a civilian inside the free mode area. Similar to the hits in GTA 4. Might be kinda cool. Anyone else have any similar ideas?

I'm fine with that idea. It reminds me of the first GTA on PS1; it was all missions from street phones IIRC.

They are still used by people who want to keep a low profile. If your buying a 20 sack the NSA doesn't give a sh*t but its still not the best practice using your cellphone for obvious reasons
