How long did it take you to reach Rank 100?

from launch day til mid february...

 

would have reached faster but i stopped doing missions and stuff in november when i was level 57, so my only source of RP for all those months were 25rp per player kill in freeroam battles.

 

im sure i could be up in the 200+ if i actually played the missions but freeroam battles are way better.

From launch day until October 23, 2013. I grinded a lot of Taking Off and The Commute with my friends.

It took me ~3 months to get my 2 characters to over 120. I switched them around a lot so it wasn't really linear for either character.

 

I do know that my 2nd slot character was 160 before the other hit 100.

Glorious RR patch 1.01

It's good to see another REAL Rooftop Rumble grinder! These kiddies grinding it now have no idea how good it used to be. I remember that the 10th was the day 1.01 came out at the previous day my friend finally got to level 75 to host it. I went from level 65 to 120 in 6 hours that night and morning and that was the last night it was like that.

 

Needless to say that my buddy who went to bed when he hit level 80 figuring he could do it tomorrow was super mad.

Honestly, within the first month I was level 100. And I had probably between 3-4 days playtime. I remember I started grinding Mixed up with Coke for hours on end with my friends after they nerfed the Violent Duct payout(which was good pay, but not much RP).

how much rp/cash did you get back then?

You got about 5000 rp, $25,000, you could complete it in about 20 seconds and then quick restart it from the menu where you like/dislike it.

That could of been me as well.

But luckly 360 got the patch a day late. So I was able to grind it out for a good 7 hours. Got to lvl 115 and 7 million dollars. It felt great not to be a peasant.

Played since launch...reached level 100 November 18th at 4:12pm (looked at my trophy to get exact time)

 

That's just playing the game "normal".... I never grind or anything like that and I actually spend quite a bit of time in free roam...
