unique cars not spawning in mp?

I can't seem to get any of the unique cars to spawn in their usual spots anymore.. (i.e. clean rebel, dune buggy w/ out panels, etc.)

I've tried going back and forth from SP to MP and driving away & back to the spawn location(s). Neither have worked.

Anybody else have this issue?
Or was this just some unnecessary change in 1.13?

it helps to be in a unique 'rare' car to get those kids of vehicles to spawn. Try driving a super car when looking for it.

 

Also this is a perfect question for the "question and answer" thread. Please go there for simple questions like this to avoid making the main thread cluttered and gross ;)
