Finding a Schafter

I have been searching forever for a Schafter with no luck. Any advise on where to find one?

I've also seen them at the pier on the parking lot on the pier itself at times. They're relatively common WHEN they spawn (one of those when you do see them, they're everywhere.) Near Martin's house after RR I've seen them as well. I keep wanting to like the Schafter and its cousin, the Schwartzer, but just not for me.

When you'll stop looking for it, you'll find it!

 

I spent 3 hours yesterday morning looking for one. First, I went to the observatory, found a Tailgater. Apparently, your chances are higher when you already drive a sedan, so good for me right? I kept looking, going back and forth from the observatory to around the golf course, to the Tennis courts at the beach, changing session, etc.....no luck!

 

So I gave up, went back to my appartment at Tinsel towers, picked up a Baller from my garage. I was on my way to the downtown LSC when the miracle happened....Schafters and Schwartzers EVERYWHERE!!!!!!

Finally Found It.

 

Was spawning last location around golf course found every car i didn't need until now.

Drive around all the expensive areas, you'll come across one eventually.

As mentioned, Rockford hill area. They are more common during daytime. I notice them spawning more when Im driving a Jackal but I am unsure if that helps them spawn more or not

They're a lot more common for me now after 1.13. They're literally everywhere.
