KristoLewis Posted May 20, 2014 Share Posted May 20, 2014 It always spawns for me at the parking space across the road by LSC in the desert. Just pop in the lsc and back out again. Thats how i found mine, wasnt even looking for it but they always spawn there. I see one parked here fairly often in the late afternoon, not just when it's on Simeons list though that certainly helps. I've seen a lot here in the last few days looking for a Tailgator.
