Niko Bellic model seen in FOS V4

As the title says. An incomplete model of Niko Bellic is in the game. he has no legs though. I just saw him on respawn point of FOS V4

 

Niko may be in beta or could be a character in future updates

Just because a model in the game has been found, doesn't mean it's automatically going to be available. It was probably just something left over from the devs from the very beginning that Funmw2 found.
