Get random or specific cars off the street. Overwrite your quad bike with a car from the street.

If you have 6 you need to get 5 vehicles off the street to drive into your garage. On the 4th one your garage will be full. On the 5th one you can select to overwrite your quad bike

Just buy or steal the vehicle you want and replace the quad bike with it.

6 cars in a 10 car garage. adding one will make it 7 cars in a 10 car garage. Can't overwrite until garage is full

Sorry I had no idea the free Elegys weren't free anymore that's a shame, but yea you can't sell them for GTA$, the only reason I did it with the Elegys is because I wanted to re-arrange my garage but it seems you can't do it that way anymore sadly i only found it out after I filled my Jester spot with the Elegy and it chucked me out the car and told me I didn't own it :/ I couldn't even get it back to my garage sigh :p we live and learn

Yes, you can't sell it if you can't mod it. If you don't mind the money so make your garage full of cars (any car from the street works, if it's not "too hot"), then replace your Quad bike with the last one. As you come across interesting cars, you can always replace those in your garage with them, so don't worry about filling the garage to the top. I know, nothing new said, just summarize, what was said already.
