Sandking XL - Nowhere to be found online

I remember what I was driving when I found it. NOTHING.

 

I was base jumping from the top of mount Chiliead to the road that loops mckenzie airport and spotted one when I landed.

Hah, talk about a welcoming committee.

 

Well, Saikolemon found an XL, kept it safe for me and even escorted me back to my lock-up with it. Big thanks to Sai.

Thanks to all other posters as well. I'm gonna see how often (if at all) they'll spawn for me, now that I've stored and insured one myself.

 

Love the way people look out for each other here. So much better than the usual "if you can't find it, tough sh*t. LOL YOLO." It's findable, just tricky.

You can buy it from SSASA. But try Grapeseed. I got my XL in Grapeseed. They usually spawn when you are driving an off-road class or utility vehicle (tractor?).

As stated previously in this very thread. R* knows and are currently working on fixing that.

Except it in the next patch, in about a month or so.

God I hope they nerf the sh*t out of this truck. Its so unrealistic when they had it with 4x4. This is a Mud-Truck not a Monster Truck. Its purpose is for the baby dicks of Los Santos to feel like they have a real mans vehicle.

I just acquired one of those last night, the SWB first then as i drove out of Beekers a bloody LWB drove past so I had that one instead

As others have said....go to sand land. I still have mine from when I first got it at the beginning, but I see plenty up there.

I'd still like to find it, as spending 45k in the store after all this time would kind of feel like admitting defeat to the nefarious spawning system. Some will understand! =]

Don't feel bad, mate. I had a specific spot in my garage saved for a Stanier the other day, and when my garage put it in the wrong slot after I had specifically chosen the right one, I went outside to get a new one, drove for 20 minutes and didn't see a single Stanier so I just bought one and chose the correct space for delivery.

i dont know how R* do it by there is some mind reading in this game, if youre looking for a car, it wont spawn even if your life depends on it.

 

i dont know how they do it but this is a know fact!

 

i remember finding my sandking in the beach by the almighty volleyball net.

Hey, thanks OP. I wanted an XL myself. Reliably found 3 (crashed and smashed 2 before I got them back to my garage) spawning along the dirt road that leads to the broken-bridge stunt jump in Paleto Bay. Hope this helps!

i think the game knows you're looking for a specific vehicle so it never spawns it until you're no longer looking for it..just a guess

pretty much fact. Also more cars and more variety of cars spawn with less people in the lobby and if you get 2 or more people driving the car you want they will be everywhere. there were 4 of us just cruising around in sultans together and guess what was the only npc car that spawned? sultans everywhere, lol!

I was looking for one a week ago and found one immediately after doing a trick.

 

First go to this place near Fort Zancudo:

 

 

If the Sandking XL doesn't spawn, set your spawn location to last location and then find a new session. The first time I did it the first vehicle I encountered was a Sandking XL. It off course might not work the first time but if you just keep finding new sessions, I'm pretty sure it will spawn. Hope this will help ya.
