I own Richard's Majestic too. I actually submitted a ticket to Rockstar because a lot of times I'll take my car out of the garage and during the normal exit animation my car hits the garage door and leaves a giant scrape across the front bumper. I'm all about aesthetics I can't have that.

 

I requested they make it similar to the Integrity Way apartment, which doesn't have a garage exit animation. When you leave the garage you just spawn on the street outside your apartment in one of 3 locations.

I bought the new apartment in richard majestic an i just hate it , everytime i leave my garage there is a car blocking my exit , or when bringing a car in sometimes two blocking the entrance , gets really annoying , anyone else experience this ?

I usually only get one car blocking the garage, and its not even that far in the way.

Cheap prices, great location, and away from kids.

I've been at RM for months (got my second apt there, too), and never had a problem with those parked cars. On the way out they're easy to squeeze between, and on the way in, who cares if you hit 'em cuz your car is gonna be good as new in a second, anyway...
