Which contact gives out the following mission in 1.13?

I heard you unlock most of or all of the contact missions by calling the contacts and requesting for job. Which contact gives out these following missions in 1.13, or are they removed from game and can only be playlisted?

 

• Landing Gears
• Base Invaders - Ron
• Defender
• Chopper Tail
• Method of Madness
• Dock To Stock
• Judging the Jury
• Extradition
• Dock to Stock II
• Mixed-up with Coke
• Chemical Extraction
• Drying Dock
• Sinking Feeling
• Wet Work

I was also planning on creating a database for missions that payout over $10k (on hard), linked with the contact you have to call to unlock the mission and even attach a playlist link if I can find one. So it would also help naming missions I've probably left out from the top list with the associated contact for that mission (or even a playlist). Also please link me to any thread that has created a mission database for 1.13 (or updated their previous patch threads to the current one), so I won't need to make my own one, thanks.

You can only get the missions by calling them once they have sent you the original invite

for the first time to your phone or someone invites you to the mission.

 

Playlists of missions aren't possible now.
