Like seriously has anyone got banned for taking a picture in-game of a mod?

 

i've noticed a few people have been banned for it but it only seems like it happens when someone actually reports it.

I clearly agree with MAKAVELl on the other post in the feeds. Not a good idea to post your snapmatic that contains mods even if you didn't mod your game.

I imagine something like taking a picture of yourself (with visible gamertag) while levitating over your chrome tank shooting airstrikes from your stun gun = not a good idea.

 

Other than that, it would be a retarded decision of R* to ban someone without evidence that they actually cheated.

i haven't been banned, but i remember some particular pics having disapeared from my snapmatic before.
