Winning Toasts don't work?

I know this might get locked because it's a question and I HAVE to post it on the "Q & A Thread", but it's all jacked up so don't be an asshat. So, the question! First, I was watching this guy on YouTube playing GTA Online and he won a race and his winning toast was the smoking option, and he smoked when it said "WINNER". Well I've tryed it, and my guy just stands there clueless. So do the smoke, eat, and drink toast not work? (Other then being in the pre-game circle thing) Was it patched in an earlier patch? I don't know... Thanks in advance! c:

You have to buy the snacks/smokes/beer and have them in your inventory.

Forgot to say, I knew that. But I always have it in my inventory and still doesn't work.
