Have two guys at the bushes and two on the bridge. The guys on the bridge will blow up cars on the right side and then help with stragglers, the guys at the bushes kill the rest and the first car coming from the rear. Then guys at the bushes move to the street and kill the guys driving on the left and the guys on the bridge kill the guys on the right all with snipers, then the briefcase will spawn in, the guys to the left get their cars, the snipers on the bridge try and headshot him. Do this flawlessly and it goes by extremely fast.
