Am I the only one who thinks that when a tank blows up my $775k car, he should pay the friggin 10k to get it back?

 

Why is the f*cking tank there in the first place?

 

The tank belongs to the military. The tank is unused in any mission to date and there is no story driven interaction with the military that necessitates either you or the military needing a tank.

 

Of all the gameplay-wrecking decisions they made, the inclusion of tanks is the worst in my book. This ain't goddamn World of Tanks or Call of Destruction (or whatever it's called). It's just an asset to help R* get money out of people....you pay for the tank in the first place ($1.5m), you pay for the damage it does (insurance claims) and then you pay for the most expensive ammo ($10,000) to try and stop it.

 

Get rid of tanks.

Dont get rid of tanks xD i was in a session with my bud and 3 tanks were chasing us we went up on a roof and flipped them off but it has it ups & downs and that was the good reason why they shouldnt

And the negative thing is tanks can freeze your game by repeatedly shooting at you

at one time or another we all been tank griefed, i too get pissed when a griefer blows up one of my cars and i get stuck with the replacement bill.

I don't see tanks as threats at this point & also don't think players should have to pay other players insurance. And if you don't have a lot of money, I don't think anyone should drive around in cars they can't afford.

Not to mention the only way to find a specific topic is to go to Google and type it and then put "GTA Forums" at the end.

As a tank owner, I'd actually say get rid of the things.

 

Or at least have the sense to offer tank-free sessions.

 

It's just going to get to the point where every player in a session is driving a tank, which kind of defeats the purpose of the game.. if there is one... :/

I only own 1 super car and I only use it for races, so getting blown up by a tank means nothing to me.

The Roosevelt costs around $9,000 to replace, but I don't drive that, either.

The most I ever spend replacing a vehicle is $350, and that's for a Tornado.

the only way you should be able to get a tank is to steal it from the army base like the jets

 

its funny the amount of people that call their tanks because they are getting battered in a gun fight

and make the buzzard stronger and rename the game ino Battlefield VI would prefer they make the Super Diamond stronger and rename the game "Slam that Tank off the Side of the Road with a Giant British Sedan VI".

THat's fair enough, but now, for some reason, lobbies just seem to be filling up with tanks, so even going passive isn't often possible when you've got 2-3 tanks chasing you!

Have to realize people don't fight fair in this game lol I don't think its fair when I go around killing in a jet but it isn't going to stop me.

BTW they're Marines.
