The more people that are in a session the less chance of a variety of cars spawning because there isnt enough processing power to spawn them. Very rarely have I've seen em just rolling down the street, or parked. Like I see the Sabres, Bucs, Gauntlets..Etc.. The Vigero seems kind of rare too.
