The more people that are in a session the less chance of a variety of cars spawning because there isnt enough processing power to spawn them. In fact there is less traffic in general in crowded lobbies and its always rush hour in empty lobbies, lol! Very rarely have I've seen em just rolling down the street, or parked. Like I see the Sabres, Bucs, Gauntlets..Etc.. The Vigero seems kind of rare too. Course, I am sure "everyone sees those spawn all the time too.
