nothing stops you from playing as the 'good' guy o.o just because your not wearing some militaristic/Police uniform doesn't mean you are a 'bad' guy o.o it is not the clothing that defines an individual. it is there actions.

 

you could easily just proclaim you are an 'undercover' cop an viola! you have police clothing. in the form of normal clothes.

 

while it would be nice to have swat style clothing. thats not what makes a person a 'good' person.

About questioning why banning all police/emergency vehicles?

He said this "They took em out, I mean there was a confusion between cops and players"

I called them couple weeks ago and they asked for my email address n name.

THIS WAS REAL! NOT FAKE! I remembered some info he reply to me on the phone.

You can already separate role players from normal players. Its called invite only. You can go there and play out your little policeman fantasies instead of expecting everyone else to accommodate you and play along

I know but, a IMPROVED version of Cops n Crooks or at least doing a EXTRA side-mission as a Police job 4 single-player n ONLINE. I didn't expect everyone to to accommodate. It's for those players WHO LIKED BEING AS COP, Fireman or a EMT. THIS IS GTA 5 chance to do it!

We need a costume DLC with options for military, police, and many other occupations. This would help greatly with role playing crew and people like me who like to film missions and machinimas in GTAV.

 

I want to be able to look like a merryweather guy, or look like a bailed out pilot, if we had these costumes we would be able to make more realistic role plays and machinimas. I want clothes similar to every NPC player model from the dirt bike guy to the scientist all the way to the spaceman guy that walks by the theatre.

Role-playing sounds really dumb in this game, not once have you role-players ever made it sound appealing...and you're the minority, Rockstar only caters to the majority...

 

...the majority does not want to play dress-up...

 

...you don't hear the car show people asking for car meets to be included in the game or as an update add-on

It would be nice to be able to store police cars and customise them. I also support the return of a police database in story mode to access vigilante missions (like the one in GTA IV)

You've raised this idea before and if I recall, you wound up taking it quite personally then as well. You need to understand that here in the minority of the GTA community that is gtaf, your idea is not very popular. That doesn't mean you can't raise it, but you should be prepared for people to disagree with you.

 

My answer to your questions is no, since it doesn't personally interest me. Cop, fire and ambulance have been among my least favourite activities since 3. I'd rather the time was spent on developing things more in line with my interests. But that's just me.

Oh sh*t I'm scared now. And why will I get WARNED? I posted my opinion about a GAY ASS police DLC. I guess because I disagree with the OP he is gonna role play as a hall monitor and to tell on me.

My thought is that in previous iterations of the GTA franchise, you could steal a police car, taxi, or ambulance and trigger missions with those vehicles, whether it was "Catch the Criminal," "Pick Up the Fare," or "Get the Woman to the Hospital."

They were fun little bonus missions that added a nice flare to all those games. Why it was excluded from GTA5/O is a mystery.

What would be terrific about Public Safety DLC (ie, cops, etc) would be if you took on the role of those characters. Imagine playing GTAO as a cop! That would be great!

On topic, In my opinion, we need Police/Military/Paramedic/Pilot uniforms and the ability to buy Emergency vehicles for personal use (It would be cool to store them, but I think that won't happen again) via Pegasus. Also mini games would be cool, paramedic, taxi, police, pilot and more.

Sound nice to me. Just saying no for any police backup (I know it wasn't in the OP). Any kid with them with them could just make anyone suffer.

 

Maybe we should get a corrupt police officer added to our mobile phones. We could add a wanted level to other players for something. Although I'm pretty sure it would be overused.

i like the idea, i used to role play as a cop after gtao came out and it had the bug that let you garage police vehicles.
