Upgrading a car

Do you guys mod your car to the max for every single vehicle you own in your garage (armor, engine, turbo, transmission, brakes)? I did that for all 18 of my cars and im starting to think it's a mistake because I usually on drive 2 or 3 different cars. The rest of my cars are just for show.

Really?? Welcome to GTA V online. In case you're little brain still doesn't understand....

 

You can invite players into your garage, you can take pictures with your in-game cell phone and upload them to the social club or show them off in this forum, you could even make a youtube video showing off your garage.....

I use all my vehicles so yes, I do mod them to the fullest. When I was poor I only modded the ones that made me money in races.

Plus I usually mod and test drive the car in single player first to see how satisfied I will be if I decide I want a certain vehicle for online.

Sorry what I meant was I like the cars myself. And I do bring ppl into my garage occasionally if they dont kill me when I pull up to them.

What do you use your different classes of cars in freeroam for? I usually use a bp car so people cant kill me so I always drive my entity.

If it goes in my garage and I have money, it gets upgraded. I drive all of my vehicles in free mode.

Yup, it sounds exactly what a #yoloswag kid would do...spam invites and tell people to look in his garage and fill up SnapMatic up with car pics

I generally do but for classics I tend not to put a turbo on. I sometime only put 60% armor on if I want to save some cash as its usually sufficient. I don't bother with armor on motorbikes at all as I figure If the sh*t hits the fan im gonna get shot off my bike long before it blow up.

I fully upgrade all of my cars but I never buy the turbo. I just can't stand the sound it makes.

Your bike will spontaneously blow up with no armour when you crash. I know the simple answer is 'don't crash' but doing stunts up Chiliad is impossible without a few bails.

 

As for the OP. I've fully modded all my cars, I drive some more than others, but I don't regret doing it.

Ive only had it happen a couple of times and I figure Im better off just paying the odd insurance payout than shelling out for the armour.

 

My Sanchez has been exploded from being rammed in an off road race before though. It was pretty embarrassing loosing to a mesa and a sandking
