I've searched an searched and I can't seem to find anyone willing to give me one. Numerous websites, but nothing. are they blacklisted or something?

I've seen them over the last couple of days at the gang attack next to the Fort at night. However, you can't store those anymore just the ones when someone calls them on you. If you can figure out how to store one of those, there you go. Or, have someone keep calling them on you until one spawns w/o rollcage.

I didn't mean to put rollcage, I meant to put WIRES. Sorry about that. Although, combine the no wires + no roll cage + the spare tire + merryweather jeep suspension, you get sexiness. I just cant find a modder to mod me one. Saddening.
