Some people in a lobby were looking for a new car that only spawns n blaine county they said it was just added in the 1.13 ...any truth

Ah yes, the new Snipeloader spawns near Grapeseed under a full moon.

it's the karin snipe. it was removed in 1.11 and added back in 1.13. it spawns only in blaine county but no one is sure where

i can confirm that..

 

you need to colect the five pieces of the map from the special crates first
