New car wash glitch?

So, I saw it yesterday in

 

So, you basically need to enter a car wash and someone else has to explode you while going through it.

 

The result is not only you won't die, but you'll also be immortal...Sounds too good huh? Well, but it has a huge downside:

 

After being blown, you can't move either your character or the camera angle.

 

The good thing? You can use this with a friend to troll randoms by putting bounties on the immortal player and see how they try to kill him/her.

 

So, has anyone seen this before or is it new?
