Is it just me, or is the clothing selection limited?

It's because most of them look like crap, and the only ones that wear the terrible looking ones are for funny moments or videos.

 

It needs more variety, sure the selections are good.. but just not enough.

the problem is that none of the clothes really "stand out"

 

there's nothing really over-the-top design-wise, everything looks like something you'd get from payless

 

to add to that, most of the clothes are nothing but palette swaps

 

and the only thing we get in updates are suits & ties :\

Customisation does seem limited in certain ways... Why can't we have these?

The clothes people like (suits, leather jackets, etc.) are all very limited, or even worse, just one or two models with different textures. Even with all the suit jackets we have now, most of them still look very very similar.

I've found some awesome combinations, it's just that the colours you have do not match. If we just had a bigger variety of colours to choose from I'd be super happy. I really want fur high heel boots to match my skirts and bustiers though.

Layering clothing would give a ton more possibilities.

 

Knee high boots over jeans would be awesome.

 

Ability to change the color of clothes would change it up a lot too, as there is only a few colors for everything.

I've made some really cool outfits but that's probably because I love fashion. I don't think this community really cares about looking good in a video game. Even a lot of girls I've met feel really awkward in feminine outfits. They usually wear hoodies and baggy pants or the almost naked. The men never wear shirts and masks most of the time. It makes you wonder if this is a reflection from IRL. Not really giving a sh*t or putting any effort in what they wear ya know?

It just seems like everyone's wearing the same clothing in GTA Online. It's creepy.

Because the most of people doesn't care about clothing. I have seen men who wears a blue suit jacket and shorts with pink flip-flops... or a white T-Shirt and a green boxer..
