Gas Masks

Gas Masks would be excellent for Heists so we can use Tear Gas to incapacitate people inside places we are robbing.

Using them in Free Mode when combating a cornered player (Equip Gas Mask, throw Tear Gas, approach cornered player).

i think gas mask would make it to gtao sometime in the future, there is one in ammunation, so the idea if enabling gas masks is there.

 

to be honest, i see more people using gas canisters to create "smoke screens" that to kill other players.

 

i have like 2 gas kills, both on afk players, take 3 canisters to kill a player.

it won't get added as tear gas rarely gets used, the only time i use tear gas is when i randomly throw it and spam it about or i might use it to annoy people with.

 

A gas mask would only be useful if a tear gas launcher was added and R* also made it slightly harder to get out of the smoke area once your stuck in it.

To those who are moaning about question 3, I ask it that way, knowing how Rockstar is with adding content, they could completely screw it up or not even remember to add the gas protection. They could simply be lazy and add it only for aesthetic purposes and not take the time for adding the coding for protection against tear gas. STOP WHINING!

For actual gameplay purposes, unless R* adds a true nerve gas, a gas mask serves no purpose except for looks.

However, I would like Psycho Mantis's gas mask.

 

Which reminds me... whatever happened to Gasmasks (the guy with the Vegeta avatar)?? I haven't seen that dude in forever.

I would trade the tear gas grenades for smoke grenades any day of the week, and it would be great if the smoke came in different colors.
